Saltwater Sour (4.4% ABV)
Our flagship sour beer! This brew goes through a double fermentation: first with Lactobacillus in the kettle to sour and then undergo a regular yeast fermentation. A refreshing Gose-style brew with the perfect balance of tartness and a hint of sea salt and coriander that is light, zippy and quenching. Salt is known to help cut down on bitterness, and gives the beer hints of savoury and floral notes to balance out the intense fruitiness that might make you pucker. Think of the lovely balance of salty and sweet flavours you get when you sip a margarita with a salted rim.

This style of beer complements grilled food perfectly! The sharpness is refreshing and the salty tartness cuts most dishes nicely on the palate. Gose will also pair really well with spicy foods.
